Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@trendzenstore.com to get a Return Authorization (RMA) and return-label/instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where your package will be picked up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Proof of defects:

If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, TrendZen Collection is not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (except for size change or defect) or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Color Matching in DTG Printing

We use world-class digital printers with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks. The colors may not always match the provided designs exactly and could slightly differ.

Careful Unboxing

Advise customers to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren't possible unless:

Unpacking videos are provided.

Images of the courier cover are sent.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Package Damage at Delivery

If the package appears damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the courier's delivery remarks. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.

Measurement tolerance:

Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges or Returns for Wrong Sizes

If a customer orders an incorrect size or requests a return for reasons other than a defect or damage, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. An approximate return courier fee of ₹ 20 + 18 % GST will be applicable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
